A Spectrum Connection CIC

Diana, Mia, Joe and Tom, would like to welcome you to A Spectrum Conncection CIC.

A Spectrum Connection CIC was created to provide safe, neuroaffirmative spaces, where individuals can be themselves, meet other autistic adults, and access peer support. We also offer bespoke 1:1 post diagnostic support, and an  inclusive service tailored specifically to your needs as an individual. Diana and Tom are both autistic, and our team fully support neuroaffirmative aproaches, rejecting the deficit-based model of neurodevelopmental conditions.

We are a 'not for profit' community interest company, meaning that any profits go straight back into the business, enabling us to continue to provide groups for free, and other services when there is funding availability.

A Spectrum connection, aim to work with you to collaboratively develop a shared understanding of your strengths, differences and challenges. The team of associates includes a specialist nurse, Occupational therapist and peer support. The team have many years of experience in working with and supporting autistic adults and young people. We also have a clinical psychologist available to provide clinical supervision to staff only.

We became a CIC in July 2023, however have operated as a voluntary organisation in Morecambe since 2016. Our Morecambe social hub is well established. We opened a new Lancaster social hub in July 2023, which offers the same social opportunities and peer support as the Morecambe hub. Both hubs have good transport links. We can provide photos and are happy to answer any questions about the environment in advance.

For any private PA work or post diagnostic work, this can be carried out face to face at your home, or at a venue where you feel most comfortable. Our services currently cover Morecambe, Lancaster and surrounding areas. We are always happy to answer any questions so please don't hesitate to get in touch!
